COVID-19 Update

We work hard to ensure we keep you and us safe during these unprecedented times….

• All stock deliveries are quarantined for 72 hours before joining the stockroom. Items are handled as little as possible and anyone handling stock actively practices good hand hygiene.

• The team all works remotely and only Kat or Julie has any access to stock.

• We currently do not have a collection service so risk of spreading the virus is minimal.

• Government guidelines are regularly updated. We keep up to date with any changes to guidelines and follow any advice given.

• Any products handled during our lives is sprayed with a special fabric safe disinfectant and quarantined before going back into the main stock room.

Shipping

UK domestic shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Kat’s Kids.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, although custom orders take a little longer at around 7-10 days to fulfil and dispatch.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.50 on all orders below £20.00.

Express delivery is £5.50 with delivery taking 1-2 days.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over this amount.

Orders are delivered via Hermes tracked delivery and usually arrive to you within 3-5 days of dispatch (1-2 days with express delivery). You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of dispatch via text message and/or email.

During busy periods, delivery times may vary although we aim to keep any delays to a minimum and where possible you will be informed.

International shipping

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to facilitate shipping outside of the UK.
